Problems solved by technology

At present, pre-splitting blasting, smooth blasting, loosening blasting and other methods are mainly used in the basic blasting operations of the nuclear island underground project to reduce the blasting damage to the retained rock mass, but these are still blasting with explosives, and the vibrations generated are likely to cause cracks in the bedrock , and the risk is high, the operation is cumbersome, the workload of protective measures is heavy, and the quality of nuclear island blasting is low

Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a nuclear island static blasting pre-cracking method. The method of the embodiment can improve the quality of nuclear island blasting. According to the embodiment, firstly, a drilling rule and drilling equipment need to be determined; drilling is performed along rock mass in a pre-cracking area by using the drilling equipment according to the drilling ruleto obtain a plurality of blast holes; when the blasthole meets the requirement of the blasthole, a static cracking agent of a proper model is determined; and the static cracking agent and water are poured into a barrel according to a preset water-cement ratio, and are stirred to form slurry in a liquid state, then the slurry is simultaneously poured into the plurality of blast holes, the blast holes are tamped by using a poking rod, and then orifices of the blast holes are blocked by using a blocking material for static blasting. According to the scheme, expansion force generated by a hydration reaction of the static cracking agent is used for enabling the rock mass in the pre-cracking area to crack slowly, a pre-cracking technology is combined, a pre-crack (face) is formed through staticblasting, damage to rock mass in a reserved area during blasting of rock mass in a main blasting area can be weakened during blasting of the rock mass in the main blasting area, and therefore the blasting quality of a nuclear island is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The application relates to the technical field of nuclear island foundation engineering construction, in particular to a nuclear island static blasting pre-splitting method. Background technique [0002] With the advancement of science and technology and economic development, my country's energy demand is increasing day by day. Nuclear power uses nuclear fission energy to generate steam, which has the advantages of low transportation cost, high efficiency, cleanliness, and less pollution. It is a new energy source that my country is vigorously developing. Since my country's first nuclear power plant, Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant, was built in 1991, nuclear power has gradually become an important part of my country's energy strategy, and the scale of construction under construction has long maintained the world's largest. Nuclear island construction includes reactor plant, fuel plant, electrical plant, safety plant and other construction contents. It is ...
