By arranging an aluminum foil outer cover diameter expanding structure, the shielding effect on the to-be-tested wire is achieved, corona discharge generated by the wire can be eliminated by the aluminumfoil outer cover, and therefore the anti-corona capacity of the aluminum foil diameter expanding structure on the wire is tested under the condition that alternating current passes through the wire. And by arranging the structure capable of fixing the wiring board, whether the current passing through the to-be-tested wire is influenced by the too long lead or not can be conveniently tested throughthe wiring board, so that the test voltage cannot rise to the expected test value.
