Embodiment

[0092] Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described by taking 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol (2,4-DTBP) as an example.

[0093] 2,4-DTBP is widely used as a synthetic phenolic antioxidant in food packaging, rubber, and plastic pipes, but its toxicological effects are still unclear. The 2,4-DTBP concentration was set to 0.01, 0.1 and 1.0 μM, which was the sublethal level of 2,4-DTBP, and the control group was set at the same time, and each group was set with 5 biological repetitions (n=5), each Biological replicates contained 10 zebrafish embryos. As mentioned above, various developmental indicators were detected at corresponding times, and the results were as follows: Figure 5 as shown, Figure 5 It is an indicator of developmental toxicity in zebrafish embryos.

[0094] It can be seen from the results that only 2 of the 4 developmental indicators ( Figure 5 -A, Figure 5 -B) Compared with the control group, there is a significant difference, and it shows ...

Abstract

The invention provides a chemical toxicity detection method based on zebra fish behaviors. The method comprises the steps of exposing in a chemical solution, and carrying out embryonic development detection and fry behavior test on the zebra fish, thereby detecting the toxicity of the chemical. Compared with a molecular experiment, the method is simple in technology, easy to operate and free of special training; and meanwhile, the fishes have optical transparency, are convenient to observe, have large embryo spawning quantity and low cost, and have no special requirements on sites, so that theapplication threshold of the method is reduced. The rapid screening of the toxicity of chemicals is realized through a method of embryo development detection and larva fish behavior analysis, and themethod has a wide application prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a chemical toxicity detection method based on zebrafish behavior. Background technique [0002] As a major country in chemical trade, my country imports and exports more than 3,000 types of chemicals each year, with a value of more than US$40 billion. Today, it is estimated that there are more than 10 million exogenous chemicals, and more than 1,000 new chemicals are produced every year. A large number of chemical substances are released into the environment through various methods, which will inevitably cause risks to the ecological environment and biological health. Therefore, my country pays special attention to the research and development of chemical toxicity testing technology. The apparent toxicity test based on the animal observation level is versatile and repeatable. It is a widely recognized traditional toxicity test method. At the same time, as the final reflection of the molecular response at the individual / populat...
