The invention relates to an atomization core, an atomizer and an electronic atomization device. The atomization core comprises a base body, wherein the base body is provided with an atomization face,and the base body is used for buffering and conducting liquid; a heating body which comprises a heating part attached to the base body, and can generate heat to atomize liquid on the atomizing surfaceinto smoke; and a protective layer which is arranged on the atomizing surface and covers the heating part, wherein smoke can overflow from the protective layer. By arranging the protective layer, most of liquid particles and solid particles in smoke flowing back to the atomizing core are directly adsorbed in the protective layer, so that the protective layer has a good filtering function, and thesituation that the liquid particles and the solid particles flow to an atomizing surface to form smoke scales gathered on the surface of the heating part and around the heating part is avoided; therefore, the proportion of liquid particles and solid particles which are used for being converted into smoke scales in the smoke is greatly reduced, and the smoke scale amount gathered on the surface and the periphery of the heating part is further reduced.
