Abstract

The invention relates to a microbial fermented feed for a crayfish and a preparation method thereof. The microbial fermented feed adopts a plant base material, and the plant base material comprises the following components by weight: 15-25 parts of high-gluten flour, 15-25 parts of rice bran, 20-30 parts of soybean meal, 2-4 parts of vinasse, 20-25 parts of imported fish meal, 3-6 parts of cuttlefish paste, 0.8-1.2 parts of soybean lecithin, 1-1.5 parts of fine stone powder, 0.5-0.9 part of calcium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.05-0.15 part of choline chloride, 0.1-0.5 part of solid methionine, 0.1-0.5 part of a composite premix and 0.1-0.2 part of lysine. The method comprises the following steps: (1) crushing the plant base material, adding a compound enzyme preparation, conducting uniform mixing, and performing hydrolyzing under the conditions that a pH value is 4-5, a temperature is 35-40 DEG C and a solid-to-liquid ratio is 1: 3 to 1: 6 so as to obtain an enzymolysis product; and (2) uniformly mixing the enzymolysis product prepared in the step (1) with rumen contents, carrying out anaerobic liquid fermentation at 35-45 DEG C for 12-20 hours, and successively conducting drying, crushing and sieving to obtain a fermentation product 1.
