Abstract

The invention relates to an aquatic product multi-dimensional growth factor selection method. The method comprises the following steps: constructing an n*p-order matrix by using original sample data;transforming the original sample data matrix, and calculating the eigenvalue of the matrix and the corresponding orthogonal unit eigenvector; calculating the growth factor of the comprehensive original sample data variable according to the descending sort of the characteristic values, and calculating the cumulative contribution rate; establishing a stepwise regression equation; calculating the association degree between the key growth factor and the original sample data variable; and observing to obtain the influence of each variable in the original sample data on the key growth factor, and explaining the key growth factor. The method has the advantages of being simple in concept, convenient to calculate, optimal in linear reconstruction error and the like, and has good practical value. The selected growth factors integrate various factors related to growth and development of aquatic products, the key growth factors can be explained according to comprehensive coefficients, and a foundation is laid for subsequent growth model construction and future exploration of association rules of the growth factors.
