Abstract

The invention claims a method for detecting and locating hot spots of photovoltaic power stations based on thermal infrared images. The pictures taken by drones equipped with thermal imagers are infrared pictures with very low resolution, and the shape of hot spots is usually very small, resulting in very low accuracy of hot spot identification and difficult to accurately locate. For hot spot recognition, the present invention proposes the UAV-YOLO model, adds neural network residual units for fusion, makes use of the features of the front network to a greater extent, and learns hot spot features from farther perspectives; improves the YOLOv3 backbone network architecture , more feature information of hot spot appearance can be learned in the front-end network. For hot spot positioning, the present invention proposes a geometric positioning algorithm, which calculates the longitude and latitude of the hot spot through information such as the longitude and latitude of the image center point, the yaw angle, and the shooting height of the drone. The invention improves the positioning accuracy of the hot spot on the premise of ensuring the accuracy of the hot spot identification.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of hot spot detection, deep learning, neural network and geometric longitude and latitude positioning of solar cells in a photovoltaic power station, and in particular relates to a method for detecting and locating hot spots in a photovoltaic power station based on thermal infrared images. Background technique [0002] Solar energy is favored by more and more people because of its advantages of cleanliness and pollution-free. All countries in the world are actively developing solar power generation technology. However, the overall quality of photovoltaic power plants is not optimistic, and the decline in power generation of photovoltaic modules is relatively serious. In terms of construction scale, the larger the scale of the photovoltaic power generation project, the more complex the inspection work of the power station will be. It is difficult for manual inspection and detection to meet the requirements of...
