Abstract

The invention discloses a weaving method of a large-gauge warp knitted fabric. The weaving method comprises the following steps of material preparation; equipment application; charging; crocheting; and coating. The weaving method has the beneficial effects that woven fabrics are adopted as two side faces of a braided fabric in the weaving method, meanwhile the two fabrics are straightened and fixed and are arranged in parallel at intervals, and a spaced filament weaving distribution space can be formed, so that the time needed by the processing procedure is saved; a single row of crochet hookspenetrate through the upper fabric and the lower fabric in a coordinated mode to conduct staggered threading on polyester multifilaments, the crochet hooks are moved within the range of 80-100 mm, and meanwhile, the distance between two frames distributed longitudinallyin upper and lower frame weaving tables is changed, so that braided fabrics with different gauge thicknesses can be woven conveniently; and the use of traditional braided fabric braiding structure equipment is changed, a coating is arranged on the surface of the braided fabric, and the coating is coated with a polyvinyl chloride coating mixed with a flame retardant and a wear-resistant cement coating sequentially from inside to outside, so that the sealing property and the wear resistance of the braided fabric are improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for weaving knitted fabrics, in particular to a method for weaving warp knitted fabrics with a large gauge, and belongs to the technical field of knitted fabric applications. Background technique [0002] Large-gauge warp-knitted spacer fabric is a new type of three-dimensional structure fabric with a large distance between two surfaces connected by spacer yarns. The thickness of warp-knitted spacer fabrics is usually 100-300mm (the spacer wire is stretched), and there are very few fabrics whose thickness can reach more than 650mm. Super-large gauge warp-knitted spacer fabrics with different thicknesses have different requirements for raw material varieties and their properties, weaving equipment and processing technology. It is different, the super large space determines its high and unique application value, making it a multi-functional, high-performance fabric. [0003] There is a gap between the two sides of the l...
