The top plate assembly comprises a top plate with more than two through holes; and more than two rods correspondingly arranged in the through holes of the top plate, wherein each rod can abut against the plug of the corresponding colorimetric tube in the working process and is used for adjusting the displacement of the plug of the colorimetrictube in the axial direction of the rod.
