The white light projection module can project flickering white light with the frequency of 1-13 HZ in a frequency adjusting mode. The human eye recognition module comprises a human eyeposition recognition module and a human eye opening and closing recognition module. The processor is in signal connection with the red light projection module, the white light projection module, theRGB three-color light projection module, the human eye position recognition module, the human eye opening and closing recognition module and the timing module.
