The system comprises an intelligent remote controller, an NB-IoT network, a management cloud platformand intelligent terminal equipment which are connected in sequence. A terminal user can freely configure a remote control object and an object response of the intelligent remote controller on the management cloud platform; the intelligent remote controller is powered on and started to generate a remote control instruction only when the key is pressed down, and a remote control instruction is sentto the management cloud platform through the NB-IoT network; the management cloud platform forwards the information to the intelligent terminal equipment; the intelligent terminal equipment reports acontrol result to the management cloud platform after executing the control instruction; the management cloud platform forwards the information to the intelligent remote controller again; the intelligent remote controller turns off the system power supply after receiving the remote control result; in the one-time remote control process, the intelligent remote controller indicates the state through a state indicator lamp.
