Abstract

The invention discloses an attribute-based encryption method based on a prime number order group, and the method comprises the steps: (1) an authentication center generates the prime number order group, and generates a public parameter and a main private key according to a safety parameter; (2) the authentication center generates a user private key associated with the user attribute set accordingto the public parameters, the main private key and the user attribute set; (3) the data publisher encrypts the plaintext according to the public parameters and the required access control strategy, and outputs the ciphertext and the access control strategy only with the attribute name set; and (4) the data acquirer verifies whether the attribute set meets an access control strategy or not according to the private key, the public parameter and the ciphertext related to the personal attribute set, and then acquires a plaintext through decryption. The method is constructed on the basis of the prime number order group, the complete safety of the construction of the composite number order group is met, public parameters and key length are effectively shortened, meanwhile, the operation and storage efficiency is improved, and the operation and storage requirements of limited equipment in intelligent medical treatment are met.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an encryption method applied to intelligent medical treatment, in particular to an attribute-based encryption method based on a prime number order group. Background technique [0002] Smart medical care is a major innovation to the existing medical system. The smart medical system uses advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things and the cloud. The client collects user health data in real time through smart wearable devices and wireless sensors, and uploads the data to the cloud through the network. Doctors can obtain user data from the cloud and give corresponding suggestions and treatment plans. [0003] Although smart medical care has greatly improved medical efficiency through technologies such as the cloud and the Internet of Things, it has also brought about user data privacy issues. Since user health data needs to be uploaded to the cloud after collection, and cloud data is shared, all users can obtain the desir...
