The displacement mechanism comprises a driving source and a sliding column which are installed on the installation frame, wherein the driving source drives the sliding column to slide. A sliding hole is formed in the sliding column. The mounting mechanism comprises a first mounting piece and a second mounting piece which are connected, wherein the first mounting piece is located on one side of the sliding column, and the second mounting piece is arranged in the sliding hole in a penetrating modeand can slide in the length direction of the sliding hole; the second mounting piece is connected with the resiliometer body; and the detection end of the resiliometer body is arranged towards the detection surface.
