Abstract

The invention discloses a data generation method, path planning method and system of 3D printing and a storage medium. The data generation method of the 3D printing comprises the steps that at leastone slice pattern is generated according to a projection contour of a to-be-printed object model; each slice pattern comprises at least one texture line, and an end point of each non-closed texture line in each slice pattern is positioned on the projection contour; generating 3D printing data according to the spatial position of each printing line in a transverse layer pattern determined on the basis of each slice pattern; and the printing lines comprise texture lines. According to the data generation method, the path planning method and the system of the 3D printing and the storage medium, the structure design which cannot be realized by traditional fabric in a 3D printing mode can be realized, thereby improving the design freedom degree of the fabric in appearance and function. In addition, by reasonably planning a printing path during printing, the printing efficiency and printing quality are improved. A product printed by the method can realize the density change of each part of afabric structure and meet various personalized requirements.

Description

technical field [0001] This application relates to the field of 3D printing, in particular to a 3D printing data generation method, path planning method, system and storage medium. Background technique [0002] As we all know, the traditional fabric manufacturing process is that the fiber is prepared through a certain weaving process. Limited by the weaving process, traditional fabrics are not completely free for appearance and function design. [0003] In a certain embodiment, 3D printing technology can be used to print patterns on existing fabrics to achieve some personalized requirements, but limited by various factors such as design tools and printing methods, it is currently impossible to print the fabric's body structure , so it is still unable to meet the diversified needs of fabric design. Contents of the invention [0004] In view of the shortcomings of the above-mentioned related technologies, the purpose of this application is to provide a 3D printing data gen...
