The display control method is applied to the terminal comprising an OLED display screen, and comprisesthe following steps: determining that the OLED display screen displays a plurality of pixels of the same pattern within a specified time length, and the plurality of pixels are arranged in an array;controlling the plurality of pixels to display in a first interval display mode, wherein the first interval display mode comprises a row interval display mode or a column interval display mode or an oblique row interval display mode; and controlling the plurality of pixels to be switched to a second interval display mode in a gradual change display mode, wherein the second interval display mode comprises a row interval display mode or a column interval display mode or an oblique row interval display mode, and the second interval display mode is different from a pixel row or a pixel column or apixel oblique row in an open state in the first interval display mode.
