Abstract

The invention relates to a sensitive error weight calculation method for Cartesian coordinate system contour scanning measurement. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining 21 geometric error parameters of a machine tool under a Cartesian coordinate system, and expressing the geometric error parameters as a normalized geometric error function; and acquiring nominal contour coordinates ofa workpiece to be scanned and measured, inputting the normalized geometric error function and the nominal contour coordinates into a pre-constructed linearity measurement error model and angle measurement error model, and calculating measurement point coordinates of the workpiece to obtain sensitive error weight values of the 21 geometric error parameters, wherein the sensitive error weight values of the geometric error parameters are the ratios of the measurement error amplitudes to the corresponding geometric error amplitudes when the machine tool measures the workpiece. The method can accurately reflect the influence of each geometric error parameter of the machine tool on the coordinates of the measurement points, quantifies the influence degree of each geometric error parameter on the measurement error, and provides a calculation basis for error correction of the machine tool.
