Abstract

The invention discloses an internal combustion forklift steering system. The internal combustion forklift steering system comprises an oil tank, a main working oil pump, a priority valve, a full hydraulic steering device and a steering oil cylinder which are connected in sequence. The internal combustion forklift steering system further comprises an emergency steering device. An oil inlet of the emergency steering device is connected with the oil tank, an oil outlet of the emergency steering device is connected with an oil inlet of the full hydraulic steering device, the emergency steering device comprises an emergency oil pump and a motor for driving the emergency oil pump, and the motor is connected with a storage battery of an internal combustion forklift. When conventional steering isabnormal and failed due to an engine fault, the motor can be started, so that the pressure is provided for the full hydraulic steering device through the emergency oil pump, the forklift steering function is continuously achieved, and therefore potential safety hazards caused by sudden failure of the conventional steering function are avoided; and meanwhile, when the forklift stops and towing is needed, the emergency steering device can be manually controlled, and the steering function during the towing is achieved. The invention further discloses the internal combustion forklift including thesystem.
