The flexible light-emitting panel comprises a substrate layer, a conductive layer and a light-emitting layer. The substrate layer is made of a flexible material. The conductive layer is arranged on the substrate layer. The conductive layer comprises a positiveelectrode strip and a negative electrode strip which are alternately arranged. The light-emitting layer is made of an electroluminescent material. The light-emitting layer is arranged on the conductive layer and fills the gap between the positive electrode strip and the negative electrode strip. The thickness of the portion, protruding out of the conductive layer, of the light-emitting layer is smaller than the distance between the adjacent positive and negative electrode strips. In the flexible light-emitting panel, by forming conductive writing traces on the light-emitting layer, transitionof electrons of the light-emitting layer can be excited, so that a writing part emits light, and the selection range of writing pens is wide; and the flexible light-emitting panel can be freely curled and carried around.
