A base is connected to the bottom surface of a barrel; a plurality of transition channels are formed in the bottom end, provided with an inverted-cone-shaped groove, of the barrel in the tangentialdirection; the top end, provided with a flow dividing cavity, close to the edge of the base is respectively connected with the outer ends of the transition channels; a conical column body is rotationally mounted in the inverted conical groove; a stirring rod and a plate-shaped blade are arranged on the outer wall of the conical column body; a driving motor is arranged at the axis of the base; thetop end of the power output shaft of the driving motor is sleeved with the bottom face of the conical column body; a center gear is sleeved to the periphery of the driving motor power output shaft; anouter gear ring rotationally installed at the top end of the flow dividing cavity is matched with the center gear in a meshed mode; a supporting disc is sleeved in an inner cavity of the outer gear ring; and the top end of a spiral blade shaft is connected with the center of the supporting disc.
