Problems solved by technology

At present, the operating condition parameters of the relay can be monitored online in real time, but the aging sensitive parameters of the relay cannot be monitored online. Generally, offline measurement is performed when the power is turned off.
[0004] It can be seen that the existing methods and devices for evaluating the aging state of relays have the disadvantage of being inconvenient to implement

Embodiment 1

[0033] Embodiment 1: When the relay is in operation, the coil is energized or de-energized, and the contacts are combined or separated, all of which radiate into the space or conduct a series of electromagnetic waves to the circuit, which is an important source of electromagnetic interference. This electromagnetic wave is regular: first, it is consistent with the action sequence of the relay, reflecting parameters such as delay setting value, action time, and release time; secondly, the electromagnetic wave is subdivided into coil electromagnetic wave and contact electromagnetic wave, and the coil electromagnetic wave can reflect the coil Insulation aging state, coil impedance, contact electromagnetic wave can reflect information such as contact state, contact aging and deterioration state.

[0034] Relays with poor coil insulation, poor contact contact or aging contacts will superimpose a series of high-frequency clutter on the basic electromagnetic wave. Therefore, the elect...

Abstract

The invention relates to a test device for nondestructive online evaluation of the aging state of a relay. The test device comprises a signal acquisition and processing unit, a control display unit and a power supply module. The signal acquisition and processing unit is used for acquiring an electromagnetic signal generated when the relay acts, processing, operating and analyzing the electromagnetic signal and then outputting an analysis signal containing the evaluated aging state of the relay. The control display unit is used for obtaining and displaying aging state information of the relay according to the analysis signal. The power supply module is used for supplying power to the signal acquisition processing unit and the control display unit. The signal acquisition and processing unitcomprises an electromagnetic signal acquisition module, a signal conditioning module, a signal amplification module, a high-speed AD module and an analysis and operation module which are connected insequence. The analysis operation module comprises a feature extraction sub-module and a classifier sub-module. The control display unit comprises a control module and a display module. The device canrealize lossless and online evaluation of the aging state of the in-service relay, and has remarkable economic benefits and practical values.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of relay aging state evaluation, and in particular relates to a test device capable of non-destructive online evaluation of relay aging state. Background technique [0002] As a switching device in the system to complete the functions of power distribution and signal switching, the reliability and health status of the relay directly affect the performance and reliability of the entire system. Especially the relays at the key positions are not only expensive but also will directly cause disastrous consequences in case of failure. [0003] During the long-term operation of the relay, its components will undergo aging degradation under the action of various aging stresses. There are two types of parameters related to relay aging, one is the operating condition parameters of the relay (mainly including temperature, humidity, vibration and chemical parameters), and the other is aging sensitive parameters, includ...
