The system comprises a left-hand heart rate sensor and a right-hand heart rate sensor whichare arranged on a steering wheel and used for monitoring the blood volume of thumbs of the left hand and the right hand in real time so as to monitor the heart rate of a driver, calling for help is conducted through communication equipment when the heart rate of the driver is abnormal, and traffic risks caused by sudden heart diseases are avoided for the driver. Meanwhile, when the driver leaves the steering wheel with one hand or two hands, the heart rate sensor cannot receive the reflected light signal, the heart rate test result is zero, and when the state lasts for a certain period of time, danger prompting is conducted through alarm equipment. The system further comprises an induction pedal arranged near the brake pedal, under the normal driving condition, the right sole of the drivermakes contact with the brake pedal, and the right heel is placed on the induction pedal.
