The structure comprises an anti-deformation structure and a buffer structure, the anti-deformation structure is an annular structure which is arranged on the periphery of the pile foundation and anchored intoa non-deformable body rock stratum, and the buffer structure is arranged between the pile foundation and the anti-deformation structure.
