Abstract

The invention discloses a high-efficiency and low-cost intermittent mixed microalgae culture method. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) putting a microalgae culture medium into a microalgae culture system containing a mixing time control device, and inoculating microalgae into the culture medium; wherein the microalgae culture system containing the mixing time control device is characterized in that the mixing time control device is connected to a mixing device of the microalgae culture system; and (2) operating the microalgae culture system according to a continuous operation mode of time interval of mixing and stopping mixing, and carrying out microalgae culture. The invention provides the intermittent mixed microalgae culture method for continuous repeated operation of mixing and mixing stop. The method reduces the mixing operation cost through little mixing operation time. More importantly, the method can maintain efficient production of microalgae while reducing theenergy consumption of mixing operation, therefore microalgae can be efficiently cultured at low cost.
