A sample head insertion nozzle is arranged at the lower end of the sample sucking and spotting mechanism, a disposable sampling head sleeves the sample head insertion nozzle, and an outer sleeve part in sliding fit with the sample head insertion nozzle sleeves the sample head insertion nozzle. The lower end of the outer sleeve part is used for abutting against the top end of the disposable sampling head, and a first sensingassembly is further arranged on the sample sucking and spotting mechanism and is used for detecting whether the outer sleeve part slides upwards relative to the sample head insertion nozzle or not. The sample head inserting nozzle is arranged at the lower end of the sample sucking and spotting mechanism, and the sample suction head is designed into the disposable sample suction head which is detachably mounted at the tail end of the sample head insertion nozzle, so that after one-time sample sucking and spotting operation is completed, only the disposable sample sucking head needs to be takendown and replaced with a new disposable sample sucking head, a cleaning pump valve pipeline with a complex structure does not need to be arranged, and the size of a whole sampling device is greatly reduced, and accordingly the problem that the whole sampling device is huge is solved.
