The branches crushed on the spot are used for covering space between rows for controlling weeds firstly, so that the dosage of herbicides is reduced, and soil is protected; through secondary utilization of rotary tillage or ditching for returning to fields, sufficient mixing of the crushed branches and leaves with the soil is facilitated; through the effect of microorganisms, the content of soil organic matter is increased, rich nutrition and energy are provided for growth and propagation ofthe soil microorganisms, and slightly-soluble nutrient substances are converted into soluble nutrients; and through rotary tillage or ditching, a part of litchi root systems are also cut off to control germination of winter tips, and flower bud differentiation is promoted.
