Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of a mesoporous silica nano-fertilizer and a product thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a mesoporous silica nano (MSNs) material, preparing sulfydryl-modified nano mesoporous silica which is used for encapsulating urea, and blocking sulfydryl-modified silica nano mesopores by using 1-decanethiol, thereby preparingthe mesoporous silica nano fertilizer. According to the invention, MSNs with high fertilizer loading efficiency and suitable diameter and pore size are synthesized, plants can absorb MSNs with suitable diameter and pore size, functional group modification is carried out on the surfaces of nanoparticles, and urea fertilizer loading is carried out. Meanwhile, proper gating molecules are used for covering mesoporous inlets, and the fertilizer is sealed in the mesopores so as to prevent early leakage of the fertilizer. Glutathione is used as an excitation factor to react with gating molecules, andthe release speed of the fertilizer is adjusted and controlled.
