Abstract

The invention discloses a scheduling system and method based on a DNS. The method comprises the following steps: a DNS access module analyzes a received DNS resolution request, determines request parameter information corresponding to the DNS resolution request according to an analysis result, and provides the request parameter information to a configuration scheduling module; the configuration scheduling module acquires request parameter information provided by the DNS access module; and according to a preset scheduling rule, determining a domain name resolution result corresponding to a domain name contained in the request parameter information, and providing the determined domain name resolution result to the DNS access module, so that the DNS access module returns a DNS response message according to the domain name resolution result. Therefore, according to the invention, the DNS scheduling system is divided into two layers, so that the access layer can conveniently extend according to the type of the DNS resolution request so as to support more types of DNS resolution requests.
