Embodiment Construction

[0044] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0045] See attached figure 1 to attach image 3 , as shown in the figure, the puncturing needle system for transcatheter heart interventricular septal puncture includes a puncturing needle 1 based on nickel-titanium memory alloy, the puncturing needle 1 includes a tip 11 and a tail 12; 1. It is set so that when the temperature of the needle 1 is higher than its heating phase transition temperature, the tip 11 of the needle 1 is curved smoothly and the hardness increases, and when the temperature of the needle 1 is lower than the cooling phase transition temperature, the hardness of the needle 1 decreases and becomes soft linear (eg figure 1 shown by the dotted line). The thorn sheath 3 is in the shape of a hollow tube for the puncture needle 1 to freely penetrate, and the thorn sheath 3 is bent in a corresponding shape at a position corresp...

Abstract

The present invention discloses a puncture needle system and a method for transcatheter ventricular septal puncture. The puncture needle system comprises a puncture needle made of nickel-titanium memory alloy and a hollow tubular puncture sheath, and the puncture needle comprises a tip part and a tail part; an operating handle is connected with a tail part of the puncture needle, a tip part of thepuncture needle is preset to be smoothly bent, so that when a temperature of the puncture needle is higher than a phase change temperature of the puncture needle, the tip part of the puncture needleis smoothly bent along with increased hardness, when the temperature of the puncture needle is lower than the phase change temperature of the puncture needle, the puncture needle is soft with decreased hardness; and the puncture sheath is used for the puncture needle to freely penetrate through and bent in a corresponding shape at a position of the puncture sheath corresponding to the tip part ofthe puncture needle. The puncture needle made of the nickel-titanium memory alloy is used, and when the temperature of the puncture needle is higher than the phase change temperature, the puncture needle automatically changes the hardness and bending angles of the tip part and is thus convenient for the ventricular septal puncture.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a needle system and method for transcatheter puncture of cardiac interventricular septum. Background technique [0002] With the development of interventional surgery of the left heart system, especially the development of new technologies such as transcatheter aortic valve implantation, transcatheter mitral valve repair / implantation, and transcatheter left ventricular subendocardial pacing, percutaneous It is very important to obtain safe and effective access to the left heart system (mainly including the aorta, left ventricle and left atrium) through the catheter. However, there are many deficiencies in the access to the left heart system currently used clinically. [0003] At present, there are two main approaches for percutaneous transcatheter access to the left heart system: (1) retrograde entry into the left heart system through the femoral artery or other peripheral arteries; (2) antegrade entry into the left he...
