The device comprises a collecting part and a handle which are connected in sequence, wherein the collecting part is used for collecting a sample; a pressure sensing mechanism and an indicating mechanism are arranged in the handle; the pressure sensing mechanism is connected with the collecting partand used for sensing pressure information when the collecting part collects the sample, and transmitting the pressure information to the indicating mechanism; and the indicating mechanism is used forindicating the pressure range.
