Problems solved by technology

[0003] The object of the present invention is to provide a kind of artificial hail-proof rain-enhancing projectile that the rain-increasing catalyst is arranged far away from the output end of the fuze, so as to solve the problem that the distribution structure of silver iodide (rain-increasing catalyst) in the prior art affects the completeness of detonation, resulting in excessive fragmentation of the projectile , even the safety issue that the projectile cannot be exploded

Abstract

The invention discloses an artificial hail-proof rain-enhancing projectile arranged with a rain-increasing catalyst far away from the output end of the fuze, which comprises a fuze body, a fuze transfer tube, a rain-increasing catalyst powder column or charge bag, an explosive charge, and a projectile body. The fuze body is located at the head of the projectile, and the bottom of the fuze is the detonator. Immediately adjacent to the output of the fuze booster is the explosive charge within the projectile. The rain-enhancing catalyst, such as silver iodide, no longer occupies the center of the input end of the projectile charge immediately adjacent to the output end of the fuze booster tube and is relocated to the explosive charge. Instead, the rain-increasing catalyst is arranged along the periphery of the input end of the explosive charge, or the explosive charge is divided into upper and lower explosive columns, and the rain-increasing catalyst is arranged in the blind hole in the center of the upper end surface of the lower explosive column. A support plate is provided at the interface of the two explosive columns to ensure the launch strength and the launch safety of the upper explosive column. The present invention helps the reliable detonation of the projectile explosive charge by the booster tube by rationally setting the position of the rain-increasing catalyst powder column or the powder bag.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention belongs to the field of artificial weather anti-hail rain cannonball technology, particularly relates to a rain catalyst away from the fuze output of the artificial anti-hail rain shell. Background [0002] At present, the rain-increasing catalyst (such as silver iodide) in China's artificial anti-hail and rain-increasing shells is mainly based on the scheme of the central arrangement of the upper end of the explosive charge, such as Figure 1 As shown, it mainly includes fuze body 1, fuze burst pipe 2, rain catalyst drug column or package 3, explosive charge 4, projectile body 5, rain catalyst (such as silver iodide) drug column or package 3 is located directly below the fuze burst tube 2, which will cause the fuze detonation after the explosion of the explosion wave propagation is blocked, resulting in explosive charge 4 can not be completely detonated, so that the formation of the projectile fragment is too large, and even can not op...
