The bearing mechanism is arranged on a platform, the damper is installed on the bearing mechanism, the upper portion of the damper is connected with the lower portion of the mass block, a piston rod of the damper is fixedly connected to the bearing mechanism, and the mass block is connected with the cabin wall of a fan power generator cabin through multiple connection mechanisms.Inerters and the collision mechanisms are arranged on the outer side of the mass block separately at intervals, one end of each inerter mechanism is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the massblock, and the other end of each inerter mechanism is connected with the cabin wall of the fan power generator cabin. A collision gap is reserved between each collision mechanism and the outer wall ofthe mass block.
