The manufacturing method of the color-register sofa comprisesthe following steps of: (1), taking leather and cut the leather into leather blocks, coating the leather blocks with color repairing paint of at least one color, and drying the leather blocks to obtain color-register leather blocks; (2) sewing a plurality of the color-register leather blocks obtained in the step (1) into a sofa leather sheath, and upholstering the leather sheath to obtain a semi-finished sofa; and (3) finely trimming the semi-finished sofa obtained in the step (2), coating color fixing surface oil on the surface of the semi-finished sofa, and drying the semi-finished sofa to obtain the color-register sofa. According to the manufacturing method of the color-register sofa, the leather blocks obtained by cutting the leather are colored with the color-modifying paint of at least one color based on design requirements, so that the leather blocks obtain multiple colors, the manufactured color-register sofa is more layered and better in three-dimensional effect, and the manufacturing method is easy to operate, convenient to control, high in production efficiency, low in production cost and capable of being used for large-scale production.
