The method comprises the following steps of (1) preparing small bulbs, namely when floral leaves are withered, digging up the smallbulbs on two sides of a mature bulb, airing the small bulbs under sunlight for 2 to 3 days and storing the aired small bulbs for future use; (2) preparing a culture substrate, namely selecting sandy loam with fertile soil as the culture substrate, performing watering, applying farmyard manure, carrying out deep ploughing for 30 cm or more, performing fine planing and levelling, and performing ridging according to the line spacing of 20 cm and the furrow depth of 10 to 15 cm for future use; (3) carrying out field planting, namely planting the small bulbs in the ridge at a distance of 10-15 cm,covering the small bulbs with soil for 5 to 10 cm, and carrying out watering maintenance for 20 to 30 days; (4) carrying out culture of the seedlings, namely performing watering for 1 to 2 times per month after seedling emergence, applying the farmyard manure along with water, digging up bulbs at the end of May next year, airing the bulbs for 2 to 3 days and storing the aired bulbs for future use;and (5) repeating the cultivation according to the above process for 2 to 3 years, and allowing selling until the bulbs grow to reach the diameter of 6 to 8 centimeters.
