Embodiment 1

[0029] refer to figure 1 , a three-dimensional heating element, which includes: four substrates 1; a conductive trace layer 2, which is located on the substrate 1; lead terminals 3, which are electrically connected to the conductive trace layer 2. The conductive track layer 2 is wrapped with a protective layer 4 . One end of the heating element is tapered, and the edges are chamfered so as to be inserted into the tobacco section of the cigarette; the other end of the heating element has a protrusion 6 on the outside of the substrate 1 for fixing with the heat-not-burn cigarette smoking device. The side of the heating element close to the bump 6 has a support plate 5 for fixing multiple pieces of the substrate 1 . The four substrates 1 intersect, and the substrates 1 extend radially outward along the intersections, and the angle between two adjacent substrates 1 is 90°.

[0030] In this embodiment, the four substrates 1 are made of alumina ceramic matrix.

Abstract

The invention discloses a three-dimensional heating element which comprises at least three substrates (1), a conductive track layer (2) positioned on the substrates (1), and a lead end (3) electrically connected with the conductive track layer (2). The invention also discloses a heat-not-burn cigarette smoking set with the heating element. According to the heating element, the conductive track layer (2) is printed on the substrates (1) by adopting a 3D circuit technology. The three-dimensional heating element solves the problems of single heating dimension, non-uniform local heating, low thermal response speed, long preheating time, easiness in breaking and the like of a single-chip heating element in the prior art. According to the heating element, the resistance of the heating circuit can be accurately set, and different baking effects are achieved; and the cigarette core material is wide in heating area, residues are reduced, and cleaning is easy.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of electric heating and non-burning cigarettes, in particular to a three-dimensional heating element and a heating and non-burning cigarette smoking set including the same. Background technique [0002] Electric heating non-combustible cigarette heating element, as the core component of the smoking set, heats the cigarettes to generate smoke that is inhaled by consumers. At present, the competitive products in the heat-not-burn cigarette market are mainly Philip Morris International’s central heat-not-burn cigarette iQOS, British American Tobacco’s Glo, Japan Tobacco International’s Ploom, and Korea Tobacco’s Lil. Among them, the product with the highest market share is Philip Morris International's central heat-not-burn cigarette iQOS, which also has the most comprehensive intellectual property layout. Among them, the heating element of Philip Morris International's iQOS smoking products is a ceramic sheet heated in...
