According to the method, a transformer substation line joint extension planning model with the minimum cost of a newly-built 220-kilovolt transformer substation and line and the minimum cost of a newly-built 110-kilovolt transformer substation and line as target functions is constructedaccording to collected basic data of an urban power grid to be planned, then the planning model is solved, and an optimal power grid planning scheme is obtained. According to the design, effective implementation of the planning scheme can be guaranteed, and the operation efficiency and the operation safety of the system equipment are effectively improved.
