The automatic classification structure of the trawl net comprises the bottom trawl net, wherein the bottom trawl net comprises a main net bag positioned on the front part of the bottom trawl net, a fish-keeping net bag and a shrimp-keeping net bag, and a fish-shrimp separation selecting device; the fish-keeping net bag and the shrimp-keeping net bag are positioned on the tail part of the bottom trawl net and communicate with the main net bag; the shrimp-keeping net bag is positioned above the fish-keeping net bag; the fish-shrimp separation selecting devicecomprises a fish-shrimp separation partitioning layer which is positioned in the main net bag and is used for blocking an inlet of the fish-keeping net bag; and the fish-shrimp separation partitioninglayer is used for separating the fishes and the shrimps entering the main net bag, so that the fishes in the main net bag enter the fish-keeping net bag and the shrimps in the main net bag enter theshrimp-keeping net bag.
