The method comprises the steps of establishing a block chain for storing evidence information, service nodes in the block chain comprising a public security bureau, a checkout center and a court, and a plurality of case filing nodes for consensus existing on the service nodes; receiving case filing information of a case filing node, and marking the case filing node as a first node, the case filing information comprising criminal case evidences; determining the case filing nodes participating in consensus according to the case filing information; and after consensus is reached, packaging the case evidences into blocks and writing the blocks into the block chain. A new consensus mechanism is used. A plurality of case filing nodes used for consensus are set for each public security law mechanism. The corresponding case filing nodes are selected according to the correlation of cases.
