Abstract

The substrate comprises the main ingredients: peat soil, vermiculite, biochar, rotten chicken manure, river sand, biocontrol bacteria and the like. The seedling-raising substrate has a particle size of 1-10 mm, a pH value of 6.8-7.3 and conductivity of 3.0-3.4 ms / cm, the spore content is 107 / g, and the control effect on rice blight and bakanae diseases can reach 65% or above in the rice seedling period. All the nutrients which are required for growth of rice seedlings can beprovided by the microbial seedling-raising substrate, irrigation of a nutrient solution is not needed any more, and meanwhile, occurrence of rice blight and bakanae diseases can be prevented effectively in the rice seedling period.
