Problems solved by technology

Although this kind of method can find a certain high-efficiency phosphorus variety, the screening efficiency is low, and the laboratory conditions are quite different from those in the field, so it cannot be judged objectively.
At the same time, there are very few studies on the evaluation methods of phosphorus-efficient wheat varieties. Therefore, we propose an evaluation method for phosphorus-efficient wheat varieties

Abstract

The invention discloses a screening method of wheat varieties utilizing phosphorus with high efficiency. The screening method comprises the following steps: (1) screening evaluation items and indexes;(2) determining the weight of each evaluation item and index; (3) standardizing parameters of the evaluation indexes; and (4) comprehensive evaluation; dividing a comprehensive evaluation result intothree grades: a grade I, when F >= 0.6, a wheat variety utilizing phosphorus with high efficiency; a grade II, when F >= 0.6, a wheat variety utilizing phosphorus with medium efficiency; a grade III,when 0.3 <= F < 0.6,a wheat variety utilizing phosphorus with low efficiency. Therefore, the wheat variety utilizing phosphorus with high efficiency is screened out. The screening method can more truly and objectively screen out the wheat variety utilizing phosphorus with high efficiency, provides scientific guidance for wheat planting, is easy and convenient to operate, is high in operability and repeatable, greatly improves the screening efficiency of the wheat variety with phosphorus efficiently, and is high in the accuracy of the screening result.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of wheat planting, in particular to a screening method for wheat varieties with high phosphorus utilization. Background technique [0002] Wheat is one of the world's three major food crops, feeding 30% to 45% of the world's population. Phosphorus (P) is one of the three major nutritional elements necessary for the growth and development of wheat, and participates in a series of physiological and biochemical processes such as photosynthesis, enzymatic reactions, and sugar metabolism. However, phosphorus has poor mobility in the soil and is easily absorbed and fixed by the soil and converted into inactive phosphorus. The ability to diffuse to the root system is low, resulting in low utilization rate of phosphorus fertilizer. In my country, two-thirds of the land has low available phosphorus content, and increasing the application of phosphorus fertilizers has become an important means for farmers to increase...
