The smart power grid at least comprises a power generation unit,a storage unit and a flexible user unit, the method comprises the following steps: distributed coordination updating is carried out on the power generation capacity of the power generation unit and the power demand of the flexible user unit; required global data information is obtained in a distributed mode in the updating process; the power grid electricity price is calculated in a distributed manner based on the obtained global data information, wherein the global data information at least comprises the power generation cost coefficients of all power generation units, the storage cost coefficients of all storage units and the utility coefficients of all flexible user units; and the power generation capacity and the power demand are coordinated based on the power grid electricity price. The obtained electricity price is used for coordinating the generating capacity and the electricity demand, the system and individual constraint conditions are met, the social benefit maximization of the power grid is ensured, and meanwhile, the personal privacy of a user is protected.
