Abstract

The invention discloses a cement block of cement slope collapsing sand and a preparation method thereof. The cement block includes water, slope collapsing sand and cement, wherein the mass ratio of the water, cement and slope collapsing sand is 1:0.5-2.0:6.9-8.2. By controlling different blending ratio, different engineering and construction requirement are satisfied. The slope collapsing sand iswaste granite sand, generated in a common water and soil loss, i.e. slope collapsing, in tropical and subtropical zones in the southern area of our country. During the preparation process, the slope collapsing sand needs pretreatment at first, the pretreated slope collapsing sand has angular appearance and can improve the strength of cement mortar as an aggregate. In the invention, the slope collapsing sand replacing common river sand is used to prepare the mortar blocks having great compression resistance, and can be applied to engineering as other building materials (e.g. concrete), so thatthe disposal problem of the slope collapsing sand is solved, and recycling treatment of the wastes is achieved.
