Embodiment 1

[0031] A method for preparing bio-bricks by using microorganisms to induce calcium carbonate deposition, comprising the following steps:

[0032] S1. Use culture solution (glucose 20 g / L, ammonium chloride 4.048 g / L, nickel sulfate 2 grains / L, peptone 1 g / L, solvent is water) to separate Bacillus pasteurianus (BNCC 337394) and pseudostrongia Bacillus (BNCC 132711) cultured to 1 × 10 6 cfu / mL, mix the obtained Bacillus pasteurianus bacteria solution and Bacillus pseudostrongis bacteria solution at a volume ratio of 1:1 to obtain a composite bacteria solution;

[0033] S2. Mix the composite bacterial solution with the mixed saline solution (3 mol / L calcium lactate and 3 mol / L magnesium chloride), and 3 mol / L urea solution at a volume ratio of 1:1:1 to obtain a solidified solution;

[0034] S3. Mix the river sand with the above mixture at a material-to-liquid ratio (kg / L) of 1:4 after being screened with 22 meshes, and then add it at a weight ratio of river sand:quicklime=3:1 (...

Embodiment 2

[0037] Compared with Example 1, the difference between Example 2 is that the mixing volume ratio of the Bacillus pasteurian bacteria liquid and the Bacillus pseudofaster bacteria liquid is 1:0.5.

Embodiment 3

[0039] Compared with Example 1, Example 3 differs in that: the mixing volume ratio of the Bacillus pasteurian bacteria liquid and the Bacillus pseudofaster bacteria liquid is 1:1.5.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of novel building materials, and particularly relates to a method for preparing a biobrick by inducing calcium carbonate deposition through microorganisms.The method is used for preparing an ecological and environmentally friendly building brick having good strength characteristics and physical characteristics. The method comprises the steps: taking bacillus pasteurii and bacillus pseudofirmus as a composite bacterial liquid; mixing the composite bacterial liquid with a mixed saline solution and a urea aqueous solution to form a curing liquid; uniformly mixing the curing liquid with sand and quick lime; pouring the mixture into a brick making mold and carrying out curing reaction for 5-7 days; and supplementing a nutrient solution once every 12hours during period, supplementing the bacterial solution once every 1 day, and demolding and drying after curing is finished, to obtain the biobrick. The method has the advantages that the operationis simple, fast and efficient; and the prepared biobrick is non-toxic and pollution-free, has no adverse effect on the environment, also has high compressive strength and good environment tolerance,and can replace a traditional concrete brick.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of new building materials, and in particular relates to a method for preparing biological bricks by using microorganisms to induce calcium carbonate deposition. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of the economy and the continuous growth of the world population, the demand for construction land is also increasing. At present, due to the good durability, high strength value and low cost of concrete materials, concrete materials are still important materials in the construction industry, and are widely used in civil and water conservancy projects such as bridges, roads, water conservancy, and ports. . However, while traditional concrete materials benefit the society, they also cause significant pollution to the environment, because concrete materials will continuously emit greenhouse gas CO into the atmosphere during the process of preparation and use. 2 , SO gas that causes acid rain 3...
