The method comprises the steps of detecting whether the current network environment changes or not; when thecurrent network environment changes, obtaining a server domain name corresponding to the current network environment; accessing a network interface corresponding to the server domain name to obtain anaccess result returned by the network interface; calculating an optimal server domain name in the server domain names according to the access result, and requesting a network interface correspondingto the optimal server domain name; and when the current network environment is not changed, obtaining an optimal server domain name corresponding to the current network environment from a preset cachefile, and requesting a corresponding network interface, wherein when the network environment changes or does not change, the network interface corresponding to the optimal server domain name is requested, so that the pressure of other servers with excessive loads is relieved. The time consumption from initiating the network request to receiving the data is reduced. The request speed of the network interface is increased, and the normal use of software is guaranteed.
