Abstract

The invention discloses a full-automatic feeding and discharging process for thread processing of oil casing couplings. The full-automatic feeding and discharging process comprises the following stepsthat a transfer basket containing finished couplings is conveyed to a storage roller way through a feed forklift until a feed way of the storage roller way is full of the couplings; the transfer basket containing the finished couplings is conveyed into a process bath corresponding to the phosphorization procedure through a thread processing crane, so that the finished couplings are subjected to phosphorization; the transfer basket containing the finished couplings subjected to phosphorization is conveyed to a discharge roller way of the storage roller way through the thread processing crane until the discharge roller way is full of the couplings; and the transfer basket on the discharge roller way of the storage roller way is conveyed away from the discharge roller way of the storage roller way through a discharge forklift. The full-automatic feeding and discharging process has the advantages of high automation degree, low labor intensity, high working efficiency and the like and overcomes the defects of high labor intensity, complex procedure, low automation degree, poor working environment and the like in the thread processing process of oil casing couplings in the prior art.
