Among the plurality of sternum segments, at least some of the sternum segments can be selectively assembled so as to form a sternum prosthesis; and the plurality of sternum segments are sequentially arranged along the extension direction of the sternum prosthesis. The sternum prosthesis is formed by assembling multiple sternum segments, and during the assembling process, the number of the sternum segments can be determined according to actual needs of a patient; and each of the sternum segments comprises a sternum block and at least one group of rib plates, wherein each group of the rib plates comprise two rib plates which are respectively arranged on two sides of one corresponding sternum block. During operation of the sternum prosthesis, rib plates of different lengths can be selected according to degree of defect; and thus, the size of the sternum prosthesis can be adjustedaccording to different needs.
