Embodiment Construction

[0015] Combined with the accompanying drawings below, as attached figure 1 As shown, the design dimension of the part is: L1= mm, L2= mm, L3= mm, L4= mm, L5= mm, L6= mm, L7= mm, L8= mm. The technical solution of the present invention is further described in detail through specific examples. Specific steps such as technology roadmap figure 2 shown.

[0016] Step 1: Build a product model and disassemble it. According to the structure of the assembly, its 3D assembly model is disassembled, the assembly constraint relationship between each part is extracted by LTG algorithm, and the assembly feature surface of each part is extracted by AME algorithm. Specific as image 3 As shown, the part assembly feature surface of the roller.

[0017] Step 2: Construct the OWL assertion formula set ABox and term axiom set TBox. Analyze the fit relationship between parts, if d=0, it is a fixed fit, otherwise it is a drift fit. The structured knowledge is described by the ...

Abstract

The invention discloses an ontology-based method and an assembly size chain automatic generation method described by utilizing ontology rules. The method can be used for constructing an assembly modeland a corresponding judgment rule, so that automatic reasoning and classification are carried out on the assembly constraint relation through a JESS reasoning engine, and the influence problem of matching deviation on a size chain in the assembly process is reduced. The method has the steps of constructing an ontology reasoning knowledge framework, classifying the assembly constraint relationships in combination with a semantic network rule language rule base, and dividing the assembly constraint relationships into drifting cooperation and fixed cooperation according to whether the distance between geometrical characteristics is 0 or not; recording a search path matched with drifting, and carrying out statistic analysis on the numerical value. By using the method, the size chain with theminimum deviation influence and the shortest dimension chain can be automatically designed. According to the invention, a computer can generate a reasonable size chain according to the classificationof the assembly constraints, and the method is provided for the intelligent generation of the assembly size chain.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of computer-aided tolerance design (CAT), and specifically relates to a research on an ontology method for automatically generating dimension chains based on assembly constraints. Background technique [0002] The correct dimensional chain is the basis of tolerance analysis and synthesis, and the dimensional chain model and equations must be obtained before the tolerance analysis and synthesis can be carried out based on the dimensional chain. In the current research on dimensional chains, there are incomplete descriptions of dimensional information and assembly constraint information in product assembly models, and the influence of specific fit deviations under different fit types on the generation of dimensional chains is not considered. Ontology can express the explicit semantics of terms in a computer-interpretable way, laying the foundation for automatic exchange of semantics, and can automatically perf...
