The AI/ML enhanced pronunciation course design and personalized practice planning method comprises the following steps: S1, forming a feature extractor of voice pronunciation editing through a neural network and machine learning; S2, scoring the pronunciation of the learner by using the obtained feature extractor; S3, establishing a pronunciation practice history database or/and a word practice history database of the learner; and S4, performing dynamic personalized practice progress arrangement by utilizing the pronunciation practice history database or/and the word practice history database.
