Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of composite materials, and discloses a preparation method and application of double-layer metal organic skeleton immobilized HRP. The preparation method comprises the steps: firstly, preparing Fe-MIL-88A, and enabling Fe-MIL-88A to react with precursor copper acetate of HKUST-1 and 1,3,5-trimellitic acid (H3BTC) in sequence, so as to prepare Fe-MIL-88A@Cu<2+>@H3BTC; and finally, immobilizing horse radish peroxidase (HRP) in a skeleton by adopting a coprecipitation method to obtain a composite material Fe-MIL-88A@HRP@HKUST-1. The prepared compositematerial has strong stability, has high catalytic activity under acidic and high temperature conditions, and still retains 90% or above of the activity after 10 cycles. Besides, Fe-MIL-88A and HKUST-1in the composite material both have peroxidase-like activity; when the composite material is used for immobilizing HRP, the stability of HRP can be improved, cyclic utilization of HRP is achieved, the synergistic catalysis effect can be achieved through coupling of HRP and the skeleton, and the catalytic activity of the composite material is further improved. The composite material is used for degrading harmful dyes in wastewater, is small in dosage, short in time and simple and convenient to operate, and has a good application prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of composite materials, and in particular relates to a preparation method and application of double-layer metal-organic framework immobilized horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Background technique [0002] With the development of industrialization, the pollution caused by industrial wastewater to the environment is becoming more and more serious, especially the printing and dyeing wastewater. Methyl orange is a water-soluble azo dye with a complex structure and is one of the main pollutants in printing and dyeing wastewater. If it is not properly removed, it will cause serious harm to human health. In recent years, the treatment methods of dye wastewater include adsorption method, flocculation precipitation, electrochemical method, etc., but these conventional treatment methods are difficult to achieve the ideal removal effect. [0003] Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOFs for short) is a coordination polymer that ha...
