Problems solved by technology

[0004] In view of this, in order to overcome the problem that the existing technology cannot complete the multi-component content analysis through a single measurement, and the problem that the leaf content quantitative test and distribution analysis cannot be completed at the same time, the object of the present invention is to provide a method based on Hertz imaging technology is a method for quantitatively analyzing the distribution of leaf components. This method can effectively calculate the accurate value of the volume percentage of water, solid matter, and gas in the leaf, and can provide an intuitive distribution image of the content of the three components.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for quantitatively analyzing blade component distribution on the basis of a terahertz imaging technology and belongs to the techncial field of terahertz spectroscopydetection. The method firstly establishes an equivalent dielectric function of a blade according to an effective medium model and on the basis of the characteristic that percentage composition of water, solid matters and gases in the blade as well as terahertz frequency spectrums of the water, solid maters and gases can influence a terahertz frequency spectrum of the whole blade, then the percentage composition of the water, solid matters and gases in the blade is adjusted by utilizing a random optimization algorithm to enable a difference between an equivalent dielectric spectrum of the bladeand the real dielectric spectrum to be the smallest, so that the percentage composition of the water, solid matters and gases is obtained, and the real contents of the three matters in the blade arereflected. When detection is performed by utilizing the method provided by the invention, exact values of the contents of the three components, namely the water, solid matters and gases, in the bladecan be obtained at the same time during the detection, and a visual distribution image of the three components can be provided. Compard with the traditional detection method, the method provided by the invention has the advantages of being lossless and quick and is applicable to being popularized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of terahertz spectrum detection, and in particular relates to a method for quantitatively analyzing leaf component distribution based on terahertz imaging technology. Background technique [0002] Leaves play a key role in plant respiration, photosynthesis, and water transport. As a structurally heterogeneous mixture, its composition can be roughly divided into three parts: water, solid matter, and gas. The content characteristics of each part are related to leaf vitality and phylogenetic traits related. Accurate and continuous description of the temporal and spatial variation characteristics of water, solid matter and gas content in leaves is an important basis for evaluating the physiological state of plants. [0003] As a traditional quantitative method for measuring water content and solid matter content in leaves, the weighing method is simple and reliable, but this method is destructive and cannot obt...
