Specifically, the floating feed is prepared by steps of preparing particles from raw materialsand spraying the spray agent to the surfaces of the particles, and the raw materials comprise 28%-40% by mass of fish meal, 20%-25% by mass of high-gluten flour, 10%-15% by mass of soybean meal, 8%-12% by mass of bran, 4%-6% by mass of shrimp meal, 2%-6% by mass of squid visceral ointment, 2%-4% by mass of spirulina and 0.2%-0.4% by mass of choline oxide.
